the 2012 Progress Appeal Grants aid Catholic Schools in Diocese

The Foundation for the Diocese of El Paso is pleased to announce that the Give 'Em Five Fund of Price's Creameries awarded grants to the following Catholic schools:
Cathedral High for improvements to the student theater
Most Holy Trinity for the science lab
Our Lady of Assumption for the purchase of computer software Our Lady of the Valley School for the purchase of e-books for the school library
St. Matthew School to make improvements to the middle school science lab
Price's also awarded the Diocesan Office of Education a $10,000 grant to provide scholarship to needy students.
In addition, the Koch Foundation awarded a $25,000 grant to Our Lady of Assumption School for a new heating/ air conditioning system.
Finally, the John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation granted a total of $24,000 to the following schools as part of their 2012/2013 Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Initiative: Father Yermo, Most Holy Trinity, Our Lady of Assumption School, and Our Lady of the Valley School.
The Foundation thanks all three benefactors for their continuing support of Catholic education in the Diocese of El Paso.
