The Progress Annual Appeal is making a significant difference for the future of our Diocese by providing the funds needed to provide for the current and future leaders of the Church.
The Religious Formation Ministry provides leadership formation for all 75 parishes and missions in the 10 counties of the El Paso Diocese. The office serves over 100 parish catechetical leaders and confirmation coordinators and 2,000 catechists who in turn minister to 40,000 children and youth.
Tepeyac Institute offers a variety of formation and certification programs for ministers for all levels of church life including persons who minister in catechetical, liturgical, evangelization, and social justice ministry.
Progress also supports the training of the current class of 11 permanent deacon candidates who will be ordained in 2013. Finally, the Foundation is continuing its strong commitment to supporting vocations through more than $550,000 of funding for the Seminarian Formation Program.
