Tepeyac Institute schedules courses for September

Tepeyac Institute will conduct its Christian Formation Program Sept. 8 to Dec. 8, according to Father Robert Dueweke, institute director.

Classes for the institute’’s Theology Certificate Program will being Sept. 10, he said.

Persons taking part in the Christian Formation Program are required to attend an orientation retreat 8:30 a.m.- 1 p.m., Sept. 8 at the Martyrs of Americas Room, 8330 Park Haven, or St. Patrick Cathedral, 1118 N. Mesa.

The English curriculum for the Theology Certificate Program during the fall semester will include ““Theological Anthropology”” presented by Maryknoll Father Jerry Persha, and ““Church History: Vatican II”” presented by Columban Father Bob Mosher.The Spanish curriculum will include ““Sagrada Escritura: Evangelios”” presented by Franciscan Father Maximino Rangel, and ““La Fe Cristiana y los Ultimos Cuatro Pasos”” by Augustinian Father Bob Dueweke.
